It should also be in its original packaging.. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned baby gift box, our team will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different baby gift box of equal value.
